Does my car need to be insured?
Yes, you must keep your car insured for storage but not necessarily “Road Risk”, inform your insurers where the car is being kept and we can happily provided our security arrangement to them.

Alternatively we can arrange cover through our insurance company for off road risk only. Please call us to discuss.

What is the minimum storage term?
You can store for a minimum of 4 weeks.

Can I get my car when I want?
If you are taking your car out during the storage period we ask for 48 hours notice but will accommodate shorter notice where possible. The cost for in-storage period removal is £25.

Will my battery be maintained?
We always advise that cars are kept on battery conditioners and supply the very latest Ctek conditioners specific to your cars battery. Battery technology has moved on over the years and a great number of conditioners being used today are incorrect for their application.

Can I use my own battery conditioner?
Unfortunately not, as we are responsible for the electrics in the building everything needs to be PAT tested and compliant at all times.

What does the pre storage cost cover?

• Wash the vehicle thoroughly
• Dry the vehicle and record any damage, scuffs or scratches
• Vacuum the interior
• Over inflate the tyres to 50psi to prevent flat spotting
